At Sapphire-Nights we want you to be fully satisfied with your product, as we pride ourselves with quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your products then you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to receive a full refund or an exchange. Items should be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. It would be helpful to have your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required.

Policy in Depth

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

  1. The goods must be unused.
  2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. (Unless you have ordered the wrong size or faulty).


If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged, always within 30 days. Goods should be returned to the following address:

Items don’t need to be returned to us by recorded post although it is recommended, however we do ask that you obtain a certificate of posting from your postal service. Also to pay the correct postage when delivering back to us.

If the item is lost and you cannot prove that you sent it unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

Returning from outside the UK

If you wish to return items to us from outside the UK our no returns policy is the same. All we ask is that if you are an international customer you pay for the postage.


We understand that privacy is important to Sapphire-Nights customers. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain brown boxes or padded envelopes for smaller items. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging.


To make sure your orders arrive in time for Christmas day and New Year, checkout before 1pm on the 17th December for UK standard delivery, and before 1pm on the 27th December.
